In this interactive session we will explore:

- NTIP Strategy | Teacher Performance Appraisal
- Resources that are available to new teachers
This session will be run by a representative of the Ontario Ministry of Education under their professional development program for teacher candidates program. Jim Strachan has been working with (and learning from) children for 37 years as a social worker, classroom teacher of grades 2 to 8, instructional leader for ICT, program coordinator for beginning teachers and currently as an education officer supporting mentorship and authentic learning for both new and experienced educators. He starts each day in his kayak watching the sun rise over Lake Ontario.
